ALMOND OAT BREAD

  • Pulse oats in mixer and keep some  of the rough texture

  • Put oat in a bowl . Add almond flour , salt, cinnamon and baking powder

  • Pour in the egg whites and mix thoroughly

  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 40 - 50 minutes

Makes 10 portions

200 g oats

60 g almond flour

150 g egg whites

salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon
