BURGER & 

SWEET POTATO

FRIES

  • Chop sweet potato and baked in oven for 25 minutes 

  • Cook the mushroom and onion seperately

  • Form the mince into a patty and cook 

  • Lay the slice of cheese on when the burger is still in the pan and almost done

  • Place your burger patty on the lower bun.

  • Layer as follows , mushroom, onion, tomato, pickles and lettuce.

150g lean mince

1 whole wheat bun

100g sweet potato

1 slice light cheese

80g mushroom

½ a tomato

Lettuce

25g Onion

Salt and pepper
