CARROT CAKE WITH VANILLA FROSTING

In a bowl mix almond flour, baking powder, stevia, cinnamon and nutmeg

In a separate bowl mix the egg, grated carrots and vanilla essence

Mix the coconut oil and butter. Gently heat if needed then let it cool

Add the cooled butter and coconut oil liquid to the egg and carrot mix well

Add the mix the almond flour mixture

Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 40 - 50 minutes

Frosting: Add scoop of protein powder to mager quark and let it sit in the fridge

Add frosting when the cake is cool and top with walnuts
Makes 7 portions, 1 slice is one portion
