butter cookies

  • Pre heat oven the 160 degrees Celsius

  • Mix oats and protein powder in a bowl

  • Mix peanut butter and honey in a separate bowl

  • Add wet to dry ingredients

  • Add egg whites

  • Roll in to balls and flatten out in baking try

  • Bake for 11 minutes

Makes 9 portions

110g Oat meal
50g Protein powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
20g honey
100 g egg whites
