Chicken & Avocado Salad
with Mango Salsa

  • Cook the chicken breast in a pan till it starts to brown 

  • Add in the bell pepper and toss around

  • Let it sizzle for 2-3 minutes then take if off the stove

  • Lay your plate with lettuce and top with the chicken and veg.

  • Add slices of Avocado on top and enjoy

50 g Avocado

½ Bell Pepper

Iceberg lettuce

 

Mango salsa

Cherry tomatoes

½ a Mango

Salt and pepper
