COCoNUT ENERGY BALLS

  • Remove the seeds and soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes

  • Drain the water and keep some on a cup the side

  • Place dates, chia seeds, coco powder and almond flour in a mixer

  • When mixed scoop a table spoon and form into a ball

  • Roll the ball on a plate lined with the coconut shavings

Makes 24 balls (2 balls is one portion)

200 g dates

30 g almond flour

2 tbs coco powder

2 tbs chia seeds

20 g coconut shavings
