Almond crusted

Chicken Nuggets

  • Pre heat oven 180 degrees celcuis

  • Chop chicken breast in to nugget size pieces

  • Mix almond floor, salt, paprika, and garlic well

  • Beat on egg

  • Dip chicken pieces in egg, one be one and coat in dry mix 

  • Place chicken nuggets on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes each side

Makes 2 portions

2 chicken breasts

60g Almond flour
1 egg
Salt
Paprika
Garlic

Dip
100g quark
20g light ketchup
