Low carb Spinach and Onion Quiche

  • Mix almond flour, 1 egg, butter salt in a bowl

  • Flatten in a greased baking try and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until edges start to brown

  • Fry onion and spinach in a pan and leave to cool

  • Mix 1 egg, cheddar, feta, salt. Add in spinach, onion and extra eg white

  • Fill the cooled crust and top with extra cheddar 

  • Bake for another 30 minutes

1 egg
50g butter
Salt

Filling 
2 cups spinach
1 medium onion
Egg 
60g Quark
25g mature cheddar 
20g feta cheese
Salt 
Pepper
30g Egg white
