Low carb Spinach and Onion Quiche

Mix almond flour, 1 egg, butter salt in a bowl

Flatten in a greased baking try and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until edges start to brown

Fry onion and spinach in a pan and leave to cool

Mix 1 egg, cheddar, feta, salt. Add in spinach, onion and extra eg white

Fill the cooled crust and top with extra cheddar

Bake for another 30 minutes

Filling
2 cups spinach
1 medium onion
Egg
60g Quark
25g mature cheddar
20g feta cheese
Salt
Pepper
30g Egg white
