High Protein Zucchini
Pepper bread

Grate the Zucchini and ring our all the water with a cotton cloth stainer

Chop up half the bell pepper

Pulse oats in mixer and keep some of the rough texture

Put oat in a bowl. Add almond flour, salt, and baking powder

Add the Zucchini and bell pepper

Add the egg whites and mix thoroughly
-
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 18 Degrees Celsius for 40 -45 minutes

1 medium zucchini
Half a bell pepper
200 g oats
60 g almond flour
150 g egg whites
salt
